All orders are tracked and include free shipping

  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. 
  • Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided is correct and complete. Once the item is shipped we are unable to amend the delivery address due to international postal laws and thus are unable to provide refunds for purchases sent to the wrong or incomplete addresses.
  • Note that our systems are fully automated and will send your delivery address to our delivery partners based on what you have provided us without a human verifying that the address is correct or complete.
